This simple manual pallet loading system provides enhanced utilisation for small to medium size co-ordinate measuring machines. The system consists of a quick-change base, left on the CMM machine table and several quick-change pallets, each mounting a different fixture. The various pallets can then be quickly and easily swapped on the base with repeatable accuracy.
